Our stay at the cottage was wonderfully relaxing! We loved the privacy and the charming neighborhood, with shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Shannon's guidebook was clear, and she was extremely responsive. The cottage was exactly as described. Highly recommend!"

Highly recommend this place! It was just perfect for my family staying for my niece’s graduation from NC state. We all loved it. Close to my other family and the college. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street so very peaceful. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay at Cozy Cottage. House was clean, well appointed and exactly as advertised. North Raleigh location was perfect for our stay. Host was very responsive. We will definitely consider rebooking if we are in the area and in need of lodging.

The house is very nice and contains comfortable beds and furniture, and decently sized rooms. Great porch and yard, convienient location next to a good coffee shop. Shannon was a responsive and helpful host, much more friendly and understanding compared to some other experiences I've had on this platform.

We stayed again at this Airbnb and was just as perfect as the first time. This is in a nice neighborhood with everything around that you need. I'm pleased to recommend this. Shannon's been great

After our original Airbnb reservation fell through as we were driving to Raleigh, I was left scrambling for a new stay for the holidays. Luckily, Shannon responded quickly for my request for a same day reservation on Christmas Eve and even offered an early check in before I asked. The house was a perfect size for our four guests. The showers got hot and had good pressure. The oven is a teensy bit small, but we stayed for the holidays and probably cooked more than average. Dishwasher worked great. It got pretty cold outside but the heat worked well. Shannon communicated everything effectively, from check in to check out and little questions in between. HIGHLY recommend bringing reflective clothing and/or lights for you and your dog for walks. It’s a nice peaceful neighborhood with sidewalks, but there aren’t a lot of streetlights and we know how distracted drivers can be. I would stay again!

Shannon was so great to take us in last minute. The home was quite spacious and offered a large fenced yard for puppy potty trips. Definitely saving this listing for future!

Shannon’s place was perfect for our weekend visit to Raleigh! It is an adorable house, very clean and clearly well-taken care of! The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and they thought of everything you could possible need—one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in an airbnb! And, as Airbnb hosts ourselves, we really appreciate all the extra touches (games/puzzles, coffee!!, extra toiletries & linens, and great variety of snacks!) It’s a super convenient location in a very diverse part of town with lots of yummy ethnic food options—we enjoyed Pho Far East vietnamese (5 mins away) & went downtown to a couple breweries/shopping (10 mins away)! The house is bigger than it looks in pictures and we’ll definitely stay again when we revisit Raleigh! We had an unexpected family commitment come up and really appreciate Shannon’s flexibility with a late check out! Great hosts!!

The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was best to have a car, but everything we needed was within easy reach.
Everything we needed to get going was provided, so we didn't have to worry about securing essentials (dish soap, a few dishwasher and laundry tabs) before getting comfortable. We got right into cooking dinner in the kitchen and that's exactly what we wanted!
The house was clean and thoughtfully appointed (this is the first place to have enough hangers!), and it was enough space to be comfortable during our long stay.
Shannon was responsive and communicative, and was ready to help if there were any issues.
I'll definitely check for this place next time I'm back in town!
